This is our second stay at this hotel and will be our last due to the Manager "A". I called him because on our first night the bed we booked was listed as a Queen, but felt like a Full size. I explained the situation, and asked if we could get a second room at a discounted rate due to this incorrect information on the booking site. Important to know that this hotel was near empty, so an additional room would still mean additional revenue not a loss. I did not expect anything for free. What an absolutely pleasant experience it was staying at this location! Let me start with the clean and nicely decorated room and the delicious free breakfast offered every morning. But the best feature here were the staff. Ashley and Shelby were so very welcoming and accommodating, and because of them, we will be only staying here on our visits to Scottsdale. I would highly recommend staying at this Hilton property.
If you're looking for the family, or work stay. Pool and hot tub are inviting, staff kind and really care about your stay. Are you hungry because you have all kinds in walking distance! Beautiful shops Are a must see. To top it off Mountains 360 and will take your breath away.
Nice hotel. The tub bottom needs resurfacing but other than that it is nice.
