Nice hotel, everything good. What was EXCEPTIONAL was the staff's handling of me forgetting my AirPods in the room (which took some searching for). I had already written them off as gone, but thanks the staff, I am several states away using them as I type this.

It was a pleasure staying at the Hampton Inn in Carefree! The hotel manager, Alec, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The front desk staff—Shelby and Ashley—were incredibly sweet, caring, and made my visit truly memorable. The courtyard fire tables create a charming atmosphere alongside the pool and hot tub—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The staff at this location is the worst we've experienced. Lazy, don't care attitude, not my job so don't bother them with the hotel problems. Still waiting for a manager to respond back. The rooms were great, we had a great view would have stayed longer in cave creek but somewhere else.
