Very pleasant staff. Clean hotel. Getting a room with a view of the canal is worth it.
Will never stay here again! Got accused of smoking in the room and charged a $250 fee for it and there was never anything smoked in the room! Instead of throwing butts on ground like everyone else we chose to throw ours in our trash can and they decided to charge us! Guess we should have been like everyone else and littered or been the guy and went out on the 3rd floor balcony and smoked! Glad we tried to follow the rules!
