Great hotel. Excellent staff. Clean. Good price for location.
Stayed here for 3 weeks. Rooms on larger side. Breakfast ok. Room service was infrequent to the point I had call a number of times for towels, TP and someone to take out trash. On departure, the person on reception was completely uninterested and after paying thousands of dollars for the stay could not even say thank you!! I will not stay here again
We will never stay here again. People sleeping on the couches in the check-in area. Yea, that looks real classy and safe- NOT. Definately not a safe place to be staying at. Too many weird people hanging around outside all the time, day and night. I feel like I'm going to be mugged every time I take my dog outside. I can't believe the Hampton Inn doesn't keep an eye on 'what' is hanging around the hotel, inside and out. We didn't spend that kind of money to not feel safe in our own province. It's ridiculous. Employees are great, specially the guy Arpan , he’s amazing.,,
I left disappointed because I have never been in a hotel where you actually have to request cleaning the room. First and last time I stay in a hotel chain where you have to request to clean the room. Comen on Hilton, do better!
