I am sharing to express my disappointment regarding my recent two-night stay at this property. Several issues significantly impacted my experience. The property is currently under construction with no prior notice provided, and the breakfast service was limited. Most concerning, however, was the unprofessional conduct of the staff. The hotel is under renovation in the lobby and the restaurant room is shut down and covered with the plywood, but no any info on the website. No notes, no warnings... but the room price is still like for fully functional hotel. Staff was really helpful and kind, they have extra towels in the room and apples in the lobby, but the breakfast - not worth the price yiu pay for the hotel over 300 CAD. I had an amazing stay here! The staff was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The location is perfect—everything you need is nearby, which made my trip very convenient and stress-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home. This was my second stay (March 17–18), and I enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked another visit for April 17th. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again!
Decent place to stay. Parking is tight, not enough spaces to room ratio. People had to park in alley and along walls in parking area. Plenty of dining options in walking distance so you would not loose parking spot if you had one.
4 star hotel, 10 min from airport, very quiet overnight with planes taking off and landing, free airport shuttle, basic continental breakfast with hot items
