NOT PET FRIENDLY AT ALL. We booked a pet-friendly room, and at the time of check-in, we informed the front desk staff of our dogs. At no point during the check-in process were we shown or made aware of any pet policy prohibiting dogs from being left in the room. Despite this, during our absence, hotel staff entered our room and removed our dogs without our permission. Conveniently located. Restaurants, Costco, bus stations and sky train station nearby. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very impressed by their free breakfast, especially the waffle station. Value for the money. Room is a bit small and old, but we only stayed there for transit for a few hours, so it’s ok. We went there in mid April, and they could accommodate our late check in after 1:30am and arranged late check out for us at 1pm. Awful. One of the worst Hilton properties. Forced to stay here due to no availability at quality hotels. Really just a place for cheap airport travellers that don’t know any better.

We arrived to our room (232) late at night after an international flight only to find the AC did not work and our room was nearly 80 degrees F, and there were was a large bug flying around the room, presumably from the previous guest opening the window to hopefully get some air flow (which suggests this has been a long time issue). The staff told us there was nothing they could do and that we would just have to deal with it. I had to beg for them to scrounge up a fan for us to use so it was even livable.
