Convenient location, staff are nice, breakfast was great and open ‘til ten (nice!), average hotel experience. Uhh, the only thing was that the nightstand drawer was installed upside-down which was hilarious.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was well located for the airport just a short Canada Line train ride away. The free snacks upon arrival for gold Honors members was a nice touch and the staff were all very friendly. I was also able to store my suitcase before and after my stay. There was a little noise from passing aircraft, but it didn’t bother me much.
We picked this hotel because it’s very close to the airport and cruise port.. But, I am very grossed out by the blood that I found on my pillow upon entering the room. We brought it up to the front desk and all they did was give us a new pillow. I’m thoroughly convinced that they don’t wash the sheets between each guest because look how pigmented this blood is and all the hair and lint. I’m so disgusted. I expected more from Hilton. If you stay here, bring your own sheets. 🩸 🤢 🤮
