A very comfortable stay and location is a plus.
This was a stay which added a new loyal customer to Hampton Inn. From very start staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and sufficiently furnished for a family. The perks of free breakfast and shuttle made the stay even more pleasant.Even at 3.30 am staff provided take away breakfast bags. Thanks from a grateful customer.
NOT PET FRIENDLY AT ALL. We booked a pet-friendly room, and at the time of check-in, we informed the front desk staff of our dogs. At no point during the check-in process were we shown or made aware of any pet policy prohibiting dogs from being left in the room. Despite this, during our absence, hotel staff entered our room and removed our dogs without our permission. Conveniently located. Restaurants, Costco, bus stations and sky train station nearby. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very impressed by their free breakfast, especially the waffle station. Value for the money. Room is a bit small and old, but we only stayed there for transit for a few hours, so it’s ok. We went there in mid April, and they could accommodate our late check in after 1:30am and arranged late check out for us at 1pm.
