Comfortable clean room's close to the airport. Friendly staff who are always there to help
i got booked with this hotel because of the tour that i booked, so i kind of didn't have a choice. it's under renovation, so first impression is - NO. Room - 2 queen bed - small, smelly, no complementary bottle water, only 4 paper cups provided, house keeping is available upon requested. hot showers - no issues - but i can move the entire shower head unit is an issue. the metal towel hanger fell apart the next day, garage bin is small. Shuttle to and from the airport very good. But when arriving at the hotel, reception is a construction site, staff not greeting you, very unpleasant, almost unpolite staff. They have certainly not be trained to deal with humans!! And for this crappy place they charge you Can$ 450 incl Taxes per night. Never again. Worst Hampton Inn experience. Not to mention the breakfast where everything is missing, no luffins, no mire toasts, no banana.
