The hotel is under renovation in the lobby and the restaurant room is shut down and covered with the plywood, but no any info on the website. No notes, no warnings... but the room price is still like for fully functional hotel. Staff was really helpful and kind, they have extra towels in the room and apples in the lobby, but the breakfast - not worth the price yiu pay for the hotel over 300 CAD. I had an amazing stay here! The staff was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The location is perfect—everything you need is nearby, which made my trip very convenient and stress-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home. This was my second stay (March 17–18), and I enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked another visit for April 17th. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again!
Decent place to stay. Parking is tight, not enough spaces to room ratio. People had to park in alley and along walls in parking area. Plenty of dining options in walking distance so you would not loose parking spot if you had one.
4 star hotel, 10 min from airport, very quiet overnight with planes taking off and landing, free airport shuttle, basic continental breakfast with hot items
The only good thing about the hotel is the location if you wanna close to the airport! The room is dirty and we kept finding hair on the bed and shower and towels. And also the front desk is completely useless. No slippers and no bath mat for the shower while it is pretty slipper inside. And the worst is the AC. The noise is so loud, that my whole family( we have a preschooler) can’t sleep properly. And for breakfast, the boiled eggs are spoiled. Very terrible!
