My favorite hotel... Whenever i visit Mississauga, this is my 1st priority. There generous breakfast, location to other places etc is perfect. The only complain is there rooms are not properly clean... I always found issues... But the customer service always resolves it. Specially there is a lady i forgot her name but she is yhe best. Breakfast is the best... No matter how many time but unlimited and very good items,..
We had a wonderful stay. The staff are very attentive, helpful and kind. I received a text message when I arrived to welcome us and to say I could text to reach someone (if that was easier than calling). Their breakfasts are delicious. Lots of hot food choices. Their waffle bar was incredible! At least 3-4 waffle maker machines, plus many topping choices. Our son loved the whipped cream and sprinkles. All staff were amazing. Breakfast and staff were excellent. Rooms were very clean. The only improvements I might suggest would be for 2ply toilet paper instead of 1ply and towels were a bit thin and therefore scratchy.
Had a problem with pricing. It‘s hard to find credit card only. Emailed management, no reply, day of check in, desk staff, very rude had trouble listening to problem, pasted off to manager who was gone for day, and wasn't to be disturbed. No follow up from anyone.
