A wonderful stay! Customer Service The customer service was truly outstanding. I forgot my credit card, and the wonderful lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. She gave me a digital key so I could get into my room, upgraded my room because it was my second stay, offered me water, and invited me to enjoy a coffee while I was waiting. Very clean rooms, a bit old decor, but still very clean and neat. Would not hesitate to come back here.
Went to a show at Massey Hall and chose this hotel as it was close to the Clarkson go train. Hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
I had a one night stay with my little one before an event and had a good stay! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! Good coffee, with real creamers available (haha) and actual food. It was a nice change from the standard continental. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
