Overall, the hotel is great and feels like home consequent on the friendly members of staff. In particular, I had the privilege of meeting two incredible and courteous members of staff, Priya and DEE, who were readily available to provide assistance as and when it was required throughout our stay at the hotel. I have stayed here for multiple weeks, and I’m giving them a solid five stars despite the building needing some modernization. That’s because of the awesome staff, from the front desk to the breakfast area, especially the sweet and awesome lady in the mornings. The rooms are great, though the bathrooms could use some TLC. The gym is on the small side. The daily breakfast is excellent, with small changes every day. I would always stay here because of the hospitality and the kind spirit of the staff. We came here for a hockey tournament. The service has been excellent—especially the breakfast, which is included in the room rate and makes our early games so much easier. The convenient location also gives us quick access to every rink.
