We ran into some unexpected car trouble during our stay, but the hotel staff handled everything with incredible kindness and support. The manager, Dinal at the front desk, and the electrician all went above and beyond to help us. Dinal quickly assisted with calling the necessary authorities, and the electrician even helped fix our car on the spot! I have never experienced such genuine care and hospitality. I cannot thank them enough—they are hands down the best team!
Very nice stay. Standard Hampton Inn, but what makes it stand out is the very welcoming and friendly staff.
Breakfast is awesome, housekeeping is friendly and rooms are spotless. Front desk makes you feel right at home, especially Priya and Dee.
It's clean and the staff are exceptional. We were a couple staying in one room with a king sized bed. All of the staff are friendly and greet you as you walk in or walk by them in common areas. Great service: We stopped by the front desk as there was a small issue with our room. The concierge was going to get housekeeping to take care of it, but the other concierge at the front desk said " Don't bother them, I'll just go take care of it." Im so done with Hamptons this will be my last time i book with a Hampton Hilton the dusty rooms squeaky beds wore out appliances floors and carpet that have you scared to walk barefoot the every other day housekeeping is a joke they gave me two bath towels and 2 wash rags some of us dont use our body rag on our face I stayed in Columbus Airport Hampton same thing squeaky beds scary floors broken appliances run down cabinets n counters I'm just over it they keep disappointing its not worth my money Marriott will get my busine... read more
