Amazing stay with super helpful staff and clean rooms. Check in was a breeze and even though I ran into a glitch with a room, it was swiftly addressed. Thank you team Hampton Inn Timmins.
Lights not working in hotel room but was still checked in? Even the phone didn’t work. When I called from my cell and room was switched not even once did anyone say SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. Packing backs and unpacking twice in a span of a few hours. In fact when I called back the front counter they tried talking over me. All someone had to do was say sorry about the bad experience. But I did say thank you regardless. By the way. Hotel rooms have a bad smell. Beware.
Ridiculous 14 day cancellation policy with no flexibility to modify dates.
