Very clean and helpful staff! Rooms were clean and someone came to our room daily to ask if we wanted it cleaned or needed anything like new towels, toilet paper or soaps... Etc. Staff were great with people hanging out until 1am in the breakfast area. Staff were great with kids and offered them snacks like granola bars. We had been in town for a tournament so location was perfect for walking to and from th arena for games.
Nice relaxing rooms. Service was above standard. Cleaners were especially good. Very nice.
I had a disappointing experience at this place due to the receptionist’s behavior. She appeared to be in her late 50s with blue-dyed hair, and she was quite rude for no apparent reason. I was polite and simply asked for assistance, but her tone and attitude were unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Not good to work may be good to stay
Great customer service. Left something behind in the room and they held it until it could be picked up. Property is clean, but the beds could use an update in the near future.
