Clean hotel but don't like the bar soap (who still gives bar soap these days) and don't like the shower head (old shower head with weak pressure). The stars would improve to 5 stars if they provided liquid shower gel or soap in the showers and if they used newer and stronger shower heads. The shower is one of the most important part of the hotel and easiest to get right but they got it wrong. Also the chair in the room was wobbly and not stable.
Clean rooms, easy check in. Food within walking distance.
Check-in was easy. Reception was friendly. Got to the room and it wasn't cleaned. Ended up changing rooms and they gave us snacks to apologize which was nice. I've stayed in mostly Hilton hotels and this one was disappointing.
Always top notch service here, staff is very friendly and helpful.
