Had a bad time with room disrepair. It's been getting worse each time I stay and this time was no different. I have communicated with the General Manager about it and have been reassured that they will be addressing the issues.
always good things to say about hampton in little miss hap while entering my room noticed bed was changed from last stay ! rest of room 💯 but i call the beautiful 😍 Harjot front desk to report, she was there within minutes and made bed 🛏️ top notch customer service!!! this girl deserves a raise or promotion here attention to details and customer service should not be ignored!! manager material!!!
