Well, I finished a 12h shift, I book in, set my luggage inside the door to my room and leave for food at Boston Pizza next door. I get back to the room do a walk through to check it out and first thing I see! Garage on the floor, some kind of frozen food/take out topper! Nice! So much for a clean room! This morning I go for breakfast, and the bananas are rotten and covered in fruit flies. Customer service was terrible, which I did not expect from Hilton. I was told that the senior manager and the front-desk employee harjot who checked us in are in a relationship, despite one of them reportedly being married. This raises serious concerns about professionalism and workplace management. When senior management fails to uphold professional standards, it is difficult to expect excellent customer service from the rest of the staff.
