Staff is amazing in general, very attentive and friendly.
Rooms are perfect!! Love this hotel! Just a heads up, check how much they are charging you before paying for your stay!!!
This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, especially a place like Hilton where loyal customers expect excellence. The very first night I was awakened by my skin itching. I got up and started scratching and next thing I know I saw bed bugs on the mattress. My husband was already showering because his bed had bed bugs too, but he could actually feel them crawling on him. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. They have a decent gym and free breakfast. The parking is safe and good security.
