I do love this hotel, from the moment we walked into the building. It's clean and staff was very helpful. We were welcomed by a nice welcome on the tv screen. This was a first for me, I've never experienced that before. We were able to get a crib for our youngest and the pool was pretty nice too. Overall I thought it was a good experience.

Staff is friendly and helpful. You can hear the blinds in every room around you being open or closed. The walls are thinner than solitaire paper cards.

I don’t understand why the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way. There’s other reviews on this so it’s an obvious issue throughout. How would a design like this ever be approved? It doesn’t need to lock… but a bathroom door does need to entirely close. Seems obvious.

Great place, accommodating. Great breakfast, but bathroom doors dont lock-sliding barn door style and would pop open, and garbage bins provided in room are small. But all over Great place.

We were checked in, got to our room, opened the door to find someone’s belongs were already in the room. Had to go back to the front desk, she went up with us to make sure it was an ok room. Took our keys and papers, on had the front desk wifi code on it as wifi wasn’t working in the rooms. Next day was woken to a fire alarm before 7 am. It was a false alarm and it rang for over 30 minutes. Someone said they didn’t know where the panel was to shut it off.
