Clean rooms, fridge, and microwave. Smells were good and the daily breakfast was good. There is no shuttle service to the park for Six Flags. Anytime we asked for extra towels it seemed like a excuse or hesitation. We stayed for 2 days so we just asked for an extra floor towel and an extra bath towel since there was 3 of us and only two towels in the room. Seemed unnecessary behavior for a few needed items.

I chose this hotel because I had stayed here previously, but this visit turned out to be the worst hotel experience I have had in my lifetime. Unfortunately, this property has set an all-time low benchmark for hospitality. Day 1: The room was booked for three guests, yet we were provided towels for only two. While this can happen, the response from staff was completely unacceptable. Jeez, only the cheapo television package in this Hampton Inn...the same proframming as in the last Hampton...one would hope you could offer better quality programming. As a Diamond member this is getting old! Hey, I know it probably cuts into your profitability, but perhaps the management could take a second look at it? This is otherwise a great place. (Good thing I have a great book and my computer!)

We came in for 2 nights and ended up staying 9. Most of this was thanks to María, the lovely phillipino woman at the front desk. She’s an expert on making you feel welcome and is really helpful. The sheets were really clean and the service was great. Definitely recommend staying here. 10/10
