I travel a lot for work so I stay in a lot of hotels. The staff at the property is the absolute best! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Chris, Julian and Alex have been especially wonderful and attentive! The views are amazing as well! I highly recommend this property to all travelers solo, couples and family. Pets are also welcome.

Julian, the manager, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I booked this hotel online and called simply to confirm my reservation, only to find out he had canceled it without my authorization and without issuing a refund. At no point did anyone properly verify who was requesting changes to the reservation. Beyond the terrible management, the property itself was filthy. I wasn’t very impressed with this location during my stay. I called ahead and asked if I could check in early and they said it was fine. I get checked in, but the key I was given did not work for the room I was told I’d be in. I had to go back to the front desk and was told they made a mistake and my room was the one next door to what they originally told me. I go back up to the new room and it wasn’t clean.
