I never got my wake up call. The room air conditioner frame fell completely off. The next morning when I went to tell the front desk, this heavy set guy was very dismissive and did not seem to want to answer my questions. It seems like he hates his job.For a brand new property, These negative reviews are not a good start for a brand new property.
Such an awesome hotel. I arrived at 4am, someone is there at front desk to help. I didn’t anticipate that. I asked for late checkout at 12. (Normal is 11) On the other day when I checked out, front desk told me he helped me to waive the late checkout fee. Very nice service. Very new and clean hotel. Will definitely come back.
Breakfast closes too early on weekdays 9am. Thought it should be 10am! Very nice CLEAN!!!!
