Had a great stay but the gentlemen at the front needs to take a customer service class on being cordial because greet people. Breakfast was decent as was the gym & pool. The room was very clean & actually one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in. The price was steep but I guess with nfl game in town they had to price gouge a little bit.
Clean comfortable hotel. Quiet area. Easy parking. Two restaurants walkable from hotel.
I am down to about 20 nights a year… usually more like 52…. This is the nicest and safest Hampton I have ever stayed in. Wish they were ALL like this because I’m telling you what, it’s a crap shoot on staying in Hampton Inns these days. I have to research every one before staying to avoid the worst, but this one by far - best of the best. Well done.
Refused to allow our service dog without asking to see card, or certificate. Said Kentucky doesn’t follow federal law with animals. Wanted to charge over $300 a night. Do not recommend!
