During our first day, our bedside table literally came off the wall. It was very heavy so it was very loud and scared the heck out of me and woke me up from my nap. I’m just glad nobody was hurt. When we spoke to the front desk, they said they’d take a look and fix it but they couldn’t move us on a different room because the hotel was full. That was okay, we could wait. But unfortunately, on the second day until we check out on the third day, the issue wasn’t resolved and we just had to work around this mess next to our bed.... read more
Spent four nights here while working in the area for the week. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff was excellent (especially the nice lady who runs the breakfast) l. One bed was kinda creaky so they may have to look into that. Fitness and pool failures were great as well.
My experience wasn't good. I had an adjoining room and was woken at 6:00 am by a noisy child in the next room. Very poor insulation. After my first night I did complain to the front desk and they told me the family had checked out. However, the following day the same child woke me up again so I had very little sleep. I don't know why they told me the family had checked out. I tried to get some additional sleep and at 8:00 am someone was banging on my door (REHAB). They were obviously knocking at the wrong door.
