Check in / checkout was really easy. The room and the rest of the building was very clean. My daughter loved the pool
The staff here has no business being this good in the middle of nowhere. We were greeted quickly, our toddler son was accommodated wonderfully, the minor issues we had were addressed swiftly (an integrated USB wall socket in our room was malfunctioning, a trivial issue, but still promptly resolved!) Five stars. Glowing review. Didn't expect this sort of service in port hope.
