Absolutely love this hotel.
I stayed at your Piedras Negra, Coahuila location from 7/2 to 7/5. On check-in I paid upfront for my stay which totaled $442.79. Then today I noticed that on 7/6 there was an additional charge of $172.22. I checked the app and looked at my receipts. I only saw the receipt for the $442.79. When I called the hotel to try to get an explanation of charge, they kept putting me on hold then the call would disconnect. I had to call 7 times to finally get an explanation for the charge.
