The room was nice and clean, lots of space for our dog. The pool was quiet both times we went, and the hotel itself was quiet. The breakfast was decent. Good location close to downtown Ottawa. We used the stairs more than the elevator, as they were closer to our room. We were visiting many of the museums in Ottawa, and they allowed us to check in early so we were able to visit one of the museums before they closed on our first day there. Would recommend this hotel to others.
The room was comfortable and service was good. Unfortunate given the location? There was a big disruption with someone screaming in the middle of the night (outside) with police in attendance
Excellent service as soon as we walked in ! They were so kind and helpful. Easy to check-in and plenty of free parking. The rooms are very clean and spacious wow ! Clean and comfortable.Nice lobby to chat and have a nice warm coffee. We truly loved the heated indoor swimming pool!!! Plenty of towels at our disposal. The buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious!! We would definitely stay here again and we love this hotel. Close to downtown Ottawa, within a 5 minute drive.
The hotel posts bait and switch listings online. Pay for their hospitality suite, get a basic King room. What a deal! Our incorrect cheap room was over the pool, 25C and smelled of chlorine, was missing pillows and the toilet didn't flush correctly. We spent 1.5hours waiting for a room in the lobby that we had booked and called to confirm/correct the Suite two weeks in advance.
