Friendly and helpful staff! Rooms were immaculately clean! Beds, not so comfy
I do not recommend booking with this hotel! I booked a 02 bed room to spend 01 week with my family and unfortunately my experience was far from a nice stay: mainly for 03 reasons: 1. House keeping team need supervision maybe they are new but every day something was missing ( curtains/ towels/ vacuum). 2. Breakfast is the worst that you can get in a Hampton ( 6am coffee is cold / no sliced fruit/ to be honest breakfast is very bad Do not believe me just try) 3. Everything was better than expected. The room there was larger than others, very clean and comfortable.
This room is close to the highway and hospital. Felicia was pleasant at check in. Breakfast and parking is offered at no additional cost. There is a pool and a gym however the gym is not open 24 hours (on the website). WiFi is provided. This hotel was built 9 months ago and the cleanliness is lacking. I booked a queen room with 2 beds and the beds were very creaky with wear and tear already.
