I will never be staying at this Hampton ever again. There is a 10 dollar a day parking fee even if you are staying the night at the hotel. So, whatever the cost a night is for a stay be sure to add 10 dollars to it. We get to our room and the room smells terrible, so bad we could not stand to even try and get used to it. Unfortunately, my stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Nashville was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I experienced multiple issues that negatively impacted my stay. First, the computers were down, and the elevator was out of service, which made things more difficult. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant smell throughout our entire stay, which seemed to be coming from the open door to the staircase that was constantly left ajar. You would rather lose a diamond member than honor a cancellation? The storms in the area have a lot of travel messed up. Have some compassion. Especially for someone that spends a lot of money at your hotels.
I recently spent a night at the Hampton Inn Nashville Airport Century Place, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a Hampton Inn. The room was poorly maintained, with an air conditioning unit that failed to regulate the temperature, leaving the air warm and unpleasantly odorous.
