The proximity to the airport is nice if you are traveling. The room was clean but a bit on the smaller side. The shuttle to and from the airport can be an issue. While we were led to believe the shuttle ran every 30 minutes, that isn’t the case. The shuttle runs at the 00 and :30 of the hour IF REQUESTED. We waited a while for a shuttle that never arrived.
My Sister's and I came into for a girls trip, after a long day of travel The front desk staff associate was so friendly and professional, Jennifer went out of her way to help us not only get into our room but also gave us great options for dinner and local site attractions while in town! Room was very clean and everything up to date. Will definitely be coming bk.
Clean rooms. Wonderful service. Two lady’s working the mid shift where able to assist me getting into my room with ease great smiles walking in the door and leaving. Definitely worth booking again
Overall I was pleased with the room and the staff. I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and the room was clean and serviced every other day. Beware the hotel charges $10 per night for parking. This additional charge was not clear when making the reservation and would have affected my choice of hotels. I needed to ask for toilet paper and hand towels when the cleaning staff forgot to leave them, however they were happy to supply them when asked.
