The hotel is in a great location, with most tourist attractions within walking distance and the train station just a 3-minute walk away. Although the pool is quite small and often crowded, making it difficult to find time to swim, everything else was excellent.
Hotel rooms are very nice looking however not sure if they change the bed sheets everyday of your stay? I also was frustrated that we had to ask for things from reception like 5 times in order to get them, sometimes even then we never got the items. Location is ideal in the sense of transportation and restaurants being in walking distance however unsafe as it is next to a homeless encampment. Overall a good stay nonetheless as staff is welcoming and nice!
Embarrassing check-in - room wasn’t ready for check in. Had to wait an hour.
Rooms are really nice clean and spacious! The service can be slow at times but really nice staff always trying to be helpful. The location is great if you can avoid nearby homeless shelter but want somewhere to be near everything. close to metro is a big plus! and the breakfast is decent!
Great location. The hotel is very nice and secure. I would stay here again.
