Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hampton Inn Mittelland. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – auf unseren Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer in den oberen Etagen wurde sofort Rücksicht genommen. Die Ausstattung ist modern, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders der Eingangs- und Frühstücksbereich sind ausgesprochen schön gestaltet und vermitteln eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Clean welcoming hotel. Love the coffee on tap in lobby. Wonderful room staff, so helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
Nice hotel. Clean and quiet
Although the hotel is nice and clean as was our room, we found the mattress far too soft especially since I have back issues. I couldn't sleep until my husband put an ironing board under the mattress which made it only bearable. I would warn anyone with back issues that needs a firmer mattress to avoid this hotel.
