DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A HOCKEY FAMILY!!!! If you are booking a hotel for a hockey tournament don’t use this one! Worst hotel we have ever stayed at for a tournament. Hotel staff were always yelling at the kids. They had a rent-a-cop going up and down the halls harassing the kids and parents. Find another hotel, your team will be much happier!
Very clean, very nice hotel.
PS: I appears I never got my security deposit returned to me. POSITIVES The hotel appears nice overall. The staff was polite. NEGATIVES 1. I booked for weekdays. On the day of our stay I called early in the morning requesting an early check in because our home was having renovations and we had to get out. Both myself and the personnwho was with me have disabilities. Yet, when I got there they said they could not get the room ready until 1:00 pm. So, we waited. 1:00 pm came and nothing. Great hotel, great experience
The Hilton hotel network is more than ok. But giving only 2 stars as an EV charger customer: paid Electric Vehicle charging is limited to hotel guests only. Even Hilton Honors members are not welcome while 2 of 2 EV charges are vacant. I hope the managers will see the post and can add their little step in making our environment a bit cleaner.
