Wow!! I am so taken back by the family atmosphere felt from the London Hampton Inn team!! Today was my 60th Surprise Birthday Party in London with family. We are frequent visitors of this location due to having our family here. When we got back to our room tonight, I was shocked to find a wonderful surprise in our room from the staff!! A bag with a personal happy birthday card signed by many of the staff, some snacks and balloons. Great rooms, good location by the highway, friendly staff, good breakfast. The gym is small but at least it is clean. Best hotel in London, ON
I will never even try to book with the company again. Spoken with multiple individuals who new absolutely nothing and were unable to confirm anything. When I booked a room for a wedding they had me in a different city , I only found out about that when I called to make an adjustment to my reservation. They then wanted to charge me for canceling and after multiple calls I finally received most of my money back even though the CC that was given was just to hold the rooms.
