Update ******Room ready at 6:10pm****** But if I was checking out late. They would charge me a fee. Nickolas is really a nice person. It’s not his fault. First, I want to say that I believe the Hilton brand should represent a consistent level of quality. In my opinion, Hampton properties don’t reflect the same standard as Hilton hotels. I’m very unhappy with my stay. We found bed bugs in our room, which is a major health concern. When we reported it to the front desk, the response was dismissive and made it seem like we were just trying to switch rooms for a better view. That was not true at all—we were genuinely concerned about the condition of the room. I expected much better handling of such a serious issue.

Military & Government Travelers avoid this property! I stayed at this hotel while traveling on official government assignment. My assignment was unexpectedly canceled on the final day, forcing a change in departure timing. I checked out approximately 30 minutes past the posted checkout time. All of my luggage had already been removed from the room and I was in the process of leaving the property. I stay here at this hotel every time I am in the area. I can't really put it into words but for me anytime I walk into the building, I feel so welcomed. Breakfast is great and Front Desk staff has been nothing but amazing and so nice to me every single time. Will be back for sure.
