Sun April 19 8:32 pm lady at the front desk is bad at her job, the laundry equipment is taking ppls money and she has the nerve to accuse ppl of lying to get free services, it’s $3 just to use the machines. Plus she’s always talking on her phone while serving you at her desk, and looks miserable helping you. The rest of the staff seem friendly and approachable. Im literally living here while I work and dont appreciate her attitude on the situation. Very unprofessional. Not happy
Beautiful and very clean
The place needs some maintenance. * pool out of service * one elevator out of service and the other has 2 of 9 lightbulbs functioning *ice machines missing as are vending machines *toilet paper holder and ironing board broken * Likely other problems but I just got here They need to bring the place back up to standards with a better inspection and maintenance program.
The breakfast lady was amazing.
