Our stay had both positives and negatives. The first room was terrible. The air conditioner blew hot air and was extremely loud. The night staff was rude and completely unhelpful, telling us they were fully booked and refusing to do anything about the issue. Thankfully, Expedia refunded us for the first night. The second room was better, but there was mold in the shower, scratches and missing paint on the walls, and a crib left in the room. This is an old hotel that shows signs of disrepair eg the curtains are literally falling apart among other things. Toilet seat had urine droplets before our arrival. Overall this was once a luxury hotel but its well past its date.
Checked in and the first room we got was dirty and unacceptable. Went back to the front desk and were given another room, this one the door was open and it looked like it had been broken into and was also still dirty. Went back to the front desk again and the poor lady working there was so apologetic but the on shift manager acted like it was no big deal. He said “ let me check the system for a cleaned room” to which we replied that his system was clearly not up to par and he might actually want to go and do a visual himself... read more
Left my xbox expansion card in my room on the desk accidently when I was packing up to check out. Ended up checking back in that night due to work being extended, got the same room. Realized I forgot it earlier when I was unpacking. Went to the front desk, clerk check lost and found,went to check the housekeeping carts, nothing, text called the person that cleaned my room, nothing. Nobody seen it!!!
