My family and I stayed here this passed weekend only because the Hamton Inn Ed.West was fully booked. And what i'll say is "NEVER AGAIN". First there was an issue with one of us checking in and the manager didnt seem to care or try to help with what we could do. Seemed like he only cared to make his money off the room cuz we got charged for it. We all stayed the first night, the rooms were clean and redone, I'll give it that, the generic breakfast was good, and the pool was warm. But the "new" beds were awful, it was like sl... read more
This location is well equipped and currently under renovation. A great deal! Pool is clean & huge, same with the hot tub. Breakfast is big & rich. I short walk to a nice bunch of restaurants. Super for kids.
The walls are incredibly thin—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including conversations, TV noise, and even people walking around or using the bathroom. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. The hotel is currently under renovations, which wasn’t clearly communicated. When we arrived, nothing in our room was plugged in—lights, fridge, microwave, etc.—so we had to set everything up ourselves.
