The rooms are ok. They are undergoing renovations right now and don't note that anywhere on the booking apps. The hot tub was shut down, which was disappointing. There was a party in one of the event rooms that was shaking our room on the third floor until after 10. They didn't tell us about this or offer to move our room after we complained. Pillows are comfortable. Room is quite large and bed was comfy. Breakfast is basic continental.
I had one of the worst hotel experiences at the Hampton Inn Edmonton. The service was extremely poor — staff were unhelpful, unfriendly, and gave the impression that guests were a burden rather than valued customers. The rooms were in terrible condition: outdated, poorly cleaned, and uncomfortable. For the price they charge, the quality and standards are shockingly low. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options in Edmonton — avoid this hotel at all costs.
