I have to rate this hotel a one star because it is the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The amount of pink and black mold in the shower and on the shower head was unbelievable. To be able to see that the shower had not been properly cleaned in soo long was disgusting. The hallways and elevator are also always wet and musty because of the pool. Would not recommend
The beds were not comfortable. Had to wait a while at a front desk even though no one was around. Fan of the chain but not of this hotel
My go to place to stay when I visit Edmonton.
Came back again this year. Wanted to add that since our last trip, they got even better. They now have full size bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash attached to shower wall. I was exhausted and was about to door dash the toiletries we forgot to pack when we realized! Such a nice perk especially for a week long stay. Also, props to housekeeping for being so fantastic.
