My husband and I have been coming to Cornwall for years on our summer trip from Nova Scotia, and this was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. The staff at the front desk were so helpful, especially with our parking needs while towing a trailer. The room was modern, spotless, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great too. Very pleased with our stay — we’ll definitely be back!
Given the run around over the phone wasted a half hour of my time talking with someone at the the front desk, was left on hold for an excessively long time
Clean rooms were clean, main hotel was also very clean, the hotel staff was friendly 🙂
