The worst experience I’ve ever encountered as a customer. I called to inquire about booking a room and was explicitly given the price of “$174+ tax”. I agreed and gave my payment information. The agent then read the terms and conditions which included that the room is non-refundable upon payment. I agreed. Lastly, the agent proceeded to explain the charge that will be $271.00.
