La habitación olía demasiada humedad no tenían aguas en las habitaciones de cortesía
Encantada de llegar cansada a media noche a un hotel que me esperaba con errores administrativos en mi reservación (volví apagar una habitación previamente pagada); y que además me instalaran en una habitación con ventana a la alberca, donde se celebró una fiesta con música a todo volumen hasta las 2am, sin aire acondicionado en el cuarto. El desayuno fue la cereza del pastel: huevos revueltos con hielo y sin sal, y tostadoras que quemaban el pan.
Fatal, mi hermana estaba en su habitación ya dormida y gracias a la cadena de seguridad su experiencia no pasó a mayores. Se despertó al escuchar que alguien quería entrar a su habitación, pues resulta que le dieron la llave de la habitación a un señor. Ni una disculpa ni nada, pésimo servicio. Sí pueden hospedarse en otro lugar ¡háganlo!
