We had a wonderful stay here during our Highway 1 trip with our family and our dog. It was the perfect place to rest for a night. The waterslide was a big hit, and breakfast was great. The room was also more spacious compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. Special thanks to Opal at reception for the warm and kind service. We truly appreciated it!
Wow, a hidden GEM in Chilliwack! This hotel was an awwww from the moment we stepped in. From the friendly greeting from Sara at check in to the evening directions for food around the area from Donna. Rooms were clean, sound proof and all. (We had our dog with us) The pool, clean and water temp just right. Kids loved it and wanted to stay another night. This is a great place if u wanna separate from the city and have a quiet get away. We will be back !! JC#211
I am a loyal Hilton member but I won’t stay here again. Key cards didn’t work, TV is pathetic. Channels don’t match description and the hotel must have the lowest tier possible. The bathtub had black hair and the towels are thin and grey. Definitely not up to Hilton standard. Try the Marriott down the road
We were very happy with our brief stay here. We came to just spend the night with our kids as a little staycation. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Pool, slide, and hot tub were all a hit. Notable: staff were very welcoming and helpful. Anything we needed was quickly and happily dealt with. At one point the towels ran out at the pool - a quick call to the desk and more appeared promptly. Worst check in experience ever. The rudest front desk attendant, an older lady, was quick to dismiss my partner when he asked a simple question. She then snapped at me while I removed my credit card “too early” despite the machine saying approved and please remove card. She then told my partner to go away and sit somewhere else while calling someone else to essentially come and deal with us.
