Emily at the front desk is very nice and professional. I had a bit of an issues with check in that she went above and beyond to resolve to my complete satisfaction. Thank you Emily 🙏 god bless
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, and from everything I could tell, was LGBTQ+ welcoming. Also they allow pets, as I saw someone brought a dog and a doorknob sign that said there was a furry friend inside. I definitely recommend staying here.
This hotel was unfortunately built quite close to the train tracks, so when the train goes by, the whole hotel shakes gently. It has modern locks that can be opened with the Hilton Honors app, but they are somewhat finicky and sometimes take a few tries. Rooms were clean and spacious but could use a USB charging solution somewhere to modernize.
