Although staff is kind and helpful and the location is really close to the airport, I wouldn’t recommend (for now) a stay in here. Hallways are under renewal and there’s a lot of construction material around the hotel. Also, rooms are already very old and it doesn’t feel like a Hampton. Next time I will be looking for better options.

I have stayed at this location now at least 20+times and am a Hilton Honors member. The staff is amazing and very warm. I have recommended this property to peers and have stayed with friends and family uncountable times. The ownership NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION to the maintenance of the property. The hot tub has always had issues for years and recently this is my 3rd stay in a month and it’s still not working. I use the hot tub for my back pain. please correct this issue.

Stayed here for a night on the way back to vancouver from edmonton. Everything about the stay was great! And really reasonably priced! The beds were super comfy, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. All the staff was great, and I mean all the staff. The front desk, the restaurant server, the breakfast cooks, the manager. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. If you're staying by the airport the location is GREAT, just a few minutes away. But if you're here to visit the city it is a bit of a ways away.
