Very disappointed by the service. I specially stayed here because of the laundry facility but their appliances are rock bottom grade. The washer stopped and my clothes were stuck all night because the machine door would not open. The reception told me that the person in charge will come at 10:00 pm and will help me. All my work clothes are in the machine and told them that i need it in the morning to go to work. They assure me that it will be taken care of. Had an AMAZING experience at this hotel! My room was non-smoking King which was impeccably clean, spacious and looked recently revamped including the hallway and elevator were spotless too. The bathroom had all the basic toiletries one would expect. The stay had complimentary breakfast which l didn’t get a chance to explore much since l was a bit late but it was decent. I had a safety concern in that hotel, door lock was not latching of the room, I requested for room change but it was denied and my complaint wasn’t listened by their manager (Melenda)

The hotel itself was great, but the customer service after the stay is terrible. We originally booked for two nights but were told by the front desk that we could check out a day early- so we did. Now we are still being charged for both nights? I’ve tried calling, I’ve been passed off to multiple people and management is not answering phone calls.
