Très bon hôtel, les chambre sont top. Le personnel est présent mais n'a pas montré beaucoup d'empathie lorsque j'ai demandé de l'aide. Et la piscine est malheureusement froide. La pièce est chauffée mais l'eau pas vraiment. Quel dommage. Il lui manque 3/4 degré

What a pleasant surprise this place was. We decided to go with this spot for our 1 night stay to explore Canada’s Wonderland and Legoland nearby. The price was far better than closer to those venues, the hot breakfast was great (and the servers constantly filling up/cleaning areas!). The rooms were spotless and new finishes. We booked rooms 307, 309, 214, 215, 505, and 209 for a wedding, and this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. We were greeted by Arun, who we later found out was the Sales Manager. He lacked professionalism, didn’t greet us properly, and came across as dismissive.
