This was my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. We stayed here the night before the first game in Highmark stadium and the lobby was fully decked out in Bills decorations (including a life-size Josh Allen cut out). The customer service was great - all of the staff were extremely friendly. We brought our dog and they were extremely accommodating, they even had a dog bowl set out by the front door and complimentary water for human and dog guests. Nice hotel with updated/modern decor. Variety of items for breakfast oatmeal, imitation eggs, boiled eggs, pork/beef meats, make your own waffles, fruits, juices. Wish they had non-pork/beef meat. Room has weird smell in foyer area but not in bedroom portion. Love the free waters, snack bags & mints @ front desk. Staff are friendly, gym has elliptical!!
Older property but recent renovations make it a great hotel and affordable. Jordan at the front desk is super helpful and sweet!!! My fourth year staying here on business and due to the close proximity of I90 and Wegmanns, it makes it a great short or long term stay!!! Highly recommend!
