Older property but recent renovations make it a great hotel and affordable.
Overall, not a bad place. Clean rooms, good housekeeping service. Hot breakfast - adequate. ONLY complaint is, just like all the other Hamptons I have stayed in, they never steam the carpets in the room and my socks "stick" to them as I walk around.
First front desk person was not friendly.
