The hotel is spotless! The staff are great. Liz was very friendly and efficient
From my exprience, the Hampton inn hotels are always great. But In this case, Dan is such a great guy! One of the rare instances where I felt as if a friend invited me to stay a night from a hotel chain. Would recommend 100%!
The woman who was at check-in was very nice when I came in. Had the room ready for us. The room was comfortable. Shower water was hot and had pressure. HAVC works really well. The hotel is a mile off the highway easy to see. The pool water was warm, but the area was cool. Breakfast was good.
This is the worst hospitality experience in decades. The room floors and hallways are marginally clean. I've seen them clean the first day but the next day nobody took care of the hallway for hours. Breakfast fruit was definitely old and spoiled. My son immediately threw up on the table and yes, again there was nobody to ask to help clean. Finally, they lock you in on your original dates and do not even attempt to accommodate your emergent change of plans.
