It was great.. the bed was comfortable.. the pool could have used more chairs so we didn't have people being upset at us for using a chair that they didn't even claim lol... the breakfast was great as well!
I’ve traveled a lot and have stayed in various levels of hotels (5 star to 2 star) but none of them can compare to this Hampton Inn’s service their staff provided. All the staff and I mean EVERYONE (front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, lady taking care of the breakfast) were exceptional! I do hope their corporate office sees this because the staff at this hotel should be trainers for all other hotels and commended on their hospitality skills! Great location, nice clean rooms.
Major complaint is that ice machine on my floor was broken. Sign directed you to another on lower floor but it was broken too. Staff was friendly.
