The 5th room left much to be desired! There was no view except directly into another building across an alleyway. The electrical outlet by the window was malfunctioning and possibly a fire hazard. The shower curtain too short to keep water inside the tub. The front desk clerk advised that the room was recently renovated, but if so, hate to see what it looked like prior to same. The hotel room was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was decent for the location. But there was a ton of noise even on higher floors, so bring earplugs to sleep with if you're a light sleeper

I would like to end my night by saying that my 3-day stay at Hampton Inn was originally supposed to be just 2 days, but I decided to extend my stay for an extra night because of how peaceful and comfortable I felt from the moment I walked through the doors. I spent six nights, including a weekend, at the Hampton Inn in Brooklyn in order to be near the Federal Courthouse. While the room was fairly small, everything was very clean! What impressed me the most was the wonderful and helpful staff. Ki, Levi, and Tristin all went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and cared for. I have stayed at fancy hotels that advertise their customer service that come nowhere near matching the customer service here.
