I’m really disappointed in this facility. I specifically asked for a room with handicap tub accessibility. I have a handicap tub with no plug so I can’t take a bath. I have curtains that don’t close. I came into a room that was 88.8°! No refrigerator, no microwave, no ice machine on my floor. In addition, the parking lot that was public was close by, but there was no discount rate so anytime I pulled out and went back in. I had to pay additional fee fees. Maybe this is a decent hotel för NYC and the price - not sure - but I didn't love it. The room was fine and clean enough, even though there was a bit too much noise from the hallway during nights when other guests got back. The hallways also had a distinct weed smell, even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. Breakfast was the worst, mostly a lot of ultra processed food and the girl working the breakfast was not very nice. Perfect, just ask for earplugs on the first night if you are not used to the noise.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean, and I didn’t have any issues. The hotel is conveniently located and close to so many attractions. I was able to walk to the Brooklyn bridge and other things I wanted to check out. There’s also a parking garage adjacent to the hotel. RJ at check in and Kyla at checkout were super nice and kind. I’d definitely stay here again.
