Checked in Saturday June 27, The lobby was full of kids playing soccer in the hallway. The front room with the TV was loaded with I would assume it was their parents. We went up to our room on the third floor. There were children running around the hall, slamming doors, screaming playing soccer in the hallway when I said something to the front desk clerk she said well they’re here for soccer tournaments. *EDITED REVIEW* Ryann came in this morning to all of the ‘non-soccer’ guests having a dirty dining room, no food or coffee. She got right to it, got the bacon cooking, answered questions, had a smile on her face and handled it all with the utmost superior hospitality! Wow, thank you, Ryann!! We checked in a few hours ago and unfortunately, a youth sports team is here and the parents are all drinking (drunk) in the lobby and the kids are running up & down our hall. Hot tub inop
I was traveling in the area stayed at this location June 20 2026. Was looking forward to a nice evening watching TV and resting. After getting to the room the TV would not work. Called the front desk two times with no help getting the problem resolved. When I checked out I ask for a discount but was told the Manager would call. I have gotten no phone call about the problem after paying a premium for the room. I would not recommend this hotel with customer service like this.
