I am extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with my entire stay. Whether it was being charged for a no show fee (when we did in fact show up when the general manager was the one who checked us in), or being charged double the hotel stay. Someone else was then checked into our room. We returned late one of the evenings and were locked out of our room. We were informed that our reservations were not in the system. Missed the survey timeline so figured a public review would help. We came in for my brother's wedding, checkin was quick and courteous, facility is clean and quiet. After the wedding my siblings and I met in the lobby to hangout since some were going back home early the next day. Heather, Taylor and Jennifer were on staff that night and were very helpful and exhibited exceptional hospitality. They met our needs before we even thought about something we might have needed! Wonderful hotel with well appointed rooms, a delicious breakfast buffet and coffee in a good location. Staff there were kind and attentive to our needs. 👏👏👏
