I had an awesome experience. Room was nice and clean, the hotel was nice and clean, pool and hot tub were nice and clean and to add to that there are many restaurants near the hotel
The staff was very friendly for our entire stay. The room was clean and the location was great! There is even a Meijer very close that is open until midnight. I will stay here again!
Terrible service, they kept charging me my deposit even a week or so after I had checked out. Called and told me it was a problem with my payment, turns out it wasn’t, and when I called customer service again they simply told me to contest the charge with no reasoning as to why these charges happen or appear. Incredibly suspect and alarming behavior in the service industry. Room was pretty dirty too, definitely won’t be coming back and would not suggest coming back to anyone looking for a hotel in Brighton.
We stay here when in town to visit the University of Michigan specialty clinics for my back. Often the appointments are early in the morning and we have to travel about four hours. The staff here is great and the whole place smells wonderful.
Check-in was really easy. The lady working at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is one of the nicest I have had. It wasn't just waffles and bagels. They had omelets, potatoes, sausage, 2 different flavor waffles, all kinds of toppings, cereal, fresh fruit, hot oatmeal muffins ,bagels, and hard-boiled eggs. The beds were comfortable, and the room was nice and clean.
