The room was outdated and was not cleaned properly. The mirror was like someone didn’t fully get all the cleaner off and just left streaks. The nightstand had sticky can marks left from the last person. The bathroom was completely missing the body wash that is literally attached to the wall. The bathroom floor was not even swept. The tv also had a large finger swipe in the middle of the screen. We specifically came to this hotel for the hot tub and the hot tub was out of order with no reason why when asked.
Room was a great size for my family and I. Slept very cozy and comfortable.
Horrible customer service. We booked 7 rooms and a conference room for a basketball tournament this weekend. Some arrived tonight and were informed the pool was closed for the weekend. The wonderful front desk person let us all cancel our rooms, but the general manager will not let us cancel the conference room we have booked for tomorrow. She says we still have to pay the $175 fee for a room we won’t even be there to use. The rooms are ok at best. Floors not swept or vacuumed. After one night, housekeeping barely refreshed the room. Bare minimum!
I LOVE everything in this hotel; however, their pool was very cold and as a person who was low on iron, I definitely could feel colder than normal people. Love how spacious the room is!
