Let me say upfront that the staff were great at this location. The ladies that prepare the breakfast were very friendly and kept the breakfast area nice and clean. My concern was with the room itself. When we arrived, our room was 60 degrees!! We were told the staff turns town the temperatures when they're done cleaning. It was 32 degrees outside, so we were looking forward to coming into a warm room. Nope. It took almost two hours to warm the room to 70 with the fan on high. I had a stain on my bedspread. REVIEW ON THEFT BY STAFF: Hotel was great. As other reviewers have mentioned. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. Great location next to lots of shopping. Sister and I stayed 2 nights 10/24 (arrived close to 10pm)-10/25. Beats headphones never left the room as we had events to go to throughout the day Saturday. I used them only at night. At checkout on Sunday (prior to 10am), 10/26, entirely my fault, I did not do a very good double check of the room before leaving. In a rush, made this mistake. I take responsibility for that.
