Brevard Hampton Inn exceeded all of our requirements for a three night stay during an excursion of area waterfalls. Excellent staff, friendly and efficient. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast as well the lady who produced it.

The manager is such an incredible and respectful person . I believe her name is Shauna ( or something like that ) . We had to cancel our reservation in the middle of the night as it was a little too far out for us to drive with two small kids . The first employee I spoke to told me I wouldn’t be charged for it , however after looking on my bank statement , it showed I was charged for the full room . The manager called me back a few days later and was willing to refund me even though I had missed the cut off time . As someone... read more

We were especially grateful to get a room at peak leaf peeping season in N.C.! Our previously booked cabin rental got messed up and we needed something last minute to keep our 5-year anniversary plans, Hampton Inn came through for us! They also accommodated our Great Dane pup, which was amazing. She loved all the attention and treats from hotel staff. Lifesavers, thank you!
