Let's start with positives - Location was perfect for our trip!! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Needs to improve - Our hall and room had a wet animal odor. Mattress was worn and uncomfortable. Breakfast help struggled to keep food and coffee available all three mornings we were there.
Overall this hotel was a great find. The rooms were clean & the AC worked well. Really loved that they were dog friendly as I travel with my dog everywhere. Perfect spot as it’s right at the entrance to Pisgah and 20 min from DuPont. 10 minutes to downtown. Friendly staff. Would recommend staying here on your trip to Brevard
This place needs an overhaul for being a Hilton property, and this is coming from a former Hilton employee. It's outdated, our room had a bad dog smell to it, the beds are the least comfortable I have felt. Breakfast was okay, but it doesn't offset the price of the location and the quality you are getting. Checked in last night was extremely tired. Got to my room, walked in the door and the room was beautiful (check the video). Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean BUT the room stank! That room must have housed a dog inside because the smell was atrocious.
