Great price, location, convenient to the parks, shopping, restaurants, breweries, and Brevard. Dog friendly! Great breakfast, awesome customer service. A nice clean Hotel/room with all the amenities that we needed. We'll stay here everytime, even if visiting Asheville.
Decent room. Hallways did smell of wet dog. Front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked great. Good location near a small Walmart for shopping and a decent amount of gas stations around
The bathroom had this device plugged into the outlet (pictured) which looked an awful lot like a camera lens. At first, I was worried some lone pervert had left a camera behind to spy on people in the bathroom. The manager, who was a little condescending, let me know that all the bathrooms had them. She said they were meant to be motion sensors to active a small nightlight. Still, it looks an awful lot like a camera, and it is in the bathroom. Let's start with positives - Location was perfect for our trip!! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Needs to improve - Our hall and room had a wet animal odor. Mattress was worn and uncomfortable. Breakfast help struggled to keep food and coffee available all three mornings we were there.
