Lady bug infestation! Bugs flying around the room while trying to eat and sleep for almost 200.00 a night...will never stay again. Especially when I checked out and the clerk admitted they are coming from the vent. Then why not fix the problem instead of ripping people off.
I have NOTHING but good things to say about this hotel. I had a 5 day stay (house getting work done) with my family and the hotel staff felt like family almost immediately. The breakfast was amazing and Ms. Faye was wonderful. It was like eating breakfast with your family on the weekend. She’s been there for 11 years making breakfast and she puts a lot of heart into her job and it shows. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was also very kind. We liked this hotel. The room was large, but there minor cleanliness issues, particularly in the bathroom. The refrigerator was not cooling. Otherwise, we did sleep well.
