They went above and beyond
Worn out, and some plumbing issues. Not worth the price. Breakfast was good staff was fine.
I was happy with my room and they were very good to me.
We have stayed here before and it was nice like most Hamptons are though you can definitely see the dating and wear and tear. This rating is more about the airport shuttle. One can stay there, leave your car, take the shuttle to the airport and get a ride back on your return. But for some unexplained and inconsistent reason, you can't do it the other way where you get a ride to the airport, leave your car and then get a ride back from the airport and stay overnight that night and pick up your car. We stayed for two nights and were happy with our experience. Rate was around 118/night with Hilton Honors membership and seemed very fair given the amenities and quality of room. The front desk staff were all super nice and accommodating and the hot breakfast legitimately had like top 10 waffles I've had in my life. I didn't use the fitness center or pool but there was one there and it looked fine. The hotel is right off the highway and is very easy to find. We will definitely stay here again when we visit in the summer.
