The rooms were very nice. The convenience of the location was also great. It was pet friendly. And it was a relatively new and well kept up facility with a nice swimming pool. The service, however, was as rude as I’ve encountered in a Hampton. It’s unfortunate that we can’t recommend this place to our friends. NOTE BASED ON HOTEL RESPONSE: we have stayed here under my unique name and again with reservations by members of our family who have different surnames.
This is a very clean Hampton Inn both inside and outside. I had a mechanical issue in my room, but the morning manager Jessica was amazing how she handled it. I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn. Great location
Decent rooms,the pool is smaller than other Hampton hotels.
