The Hampton was clean. The staff was friendly & professional. I appreciated that they allowed dogs & cats. My only issue was that the shower & soap dispenser were too high. Short people cannot reach the shower head and struggle to reach the soap dispenser. Overall the Hampton was a good experience.
The breakfast staff work hard and are extremely friendly. They are the source of the second star. Beyond that the staff interactions are abysmal, at best. Curt and unmotivated to put it politely. Housekeeping does not come into stayover rooms to replace towels and such even upon request (even though the bathroom mirror advertises that as a possibility). Very much the antithesis of the usual Hampton/Hilton experience.
