This hotel is currently under renovation and has been since November, 2025. I would call to see if it's still on-going before booking as I suspect it will be another 6 months or so until it's done. I would avoid it until then. There is no breakfast service, pool or many other amenities. This is a 6 floor building and currently only the top 3 floors were renovated. I stayed in a renovated room, which was about average, but the elevators, lobby and exterior were disasters. Construction begins at 8 am so if you do stay here you... read more

This was my go-to when visiting my home town or surrounding area; I will need to find something else. There was significant construction work going on, which I wasn't told about until after booking. The hotel feels old and not well maintained overall. Elevators jerk and jump and make noises that nobody should be hearing. Paint is peeling, toilet seat installed crooked, and holes in walls with blue painters tape covering them. It was clear that neither room was fully cleaned. Our mini fridge didn't work so they sent someone in with a different fridge that is still sitting in the middle of the living area. When we arrived there was also poop residue in the room next to us which we also rented. Breakfast ran out of food

This place is a terrific value for its location (though sometimes the traffic noise is a bit much), but the real win is the front desk attendant named Mark. That guy is friendly, so extremely helpful, and genuinely gives off that truest hospitality vibe! I will definitely stay there again as long as I know Mark is working—he was so gracious and kind. One star because they don’t have zero. The worst service I’ve ever received from the hospitality industry. This has always been our “go to” hotel when we’re in the area for travel or pleasure. Never again. Yasmina was so rude and unprofessional. Her responses (and tone) made it clear that she was unwilling to listen or problem solve the situation. She lacked kindness and empathy. This was a significant customer service failure for Hilton.
