The location is perfect and you can easily access Route 1 into and out of Boston. We did not ask for any service so it is hard to rank the service. The rooms on the other hand was a nightmare. We had a wheelchair assessable room and we had enough room to get tye wheelchair in the room and bathroom. We could not access the bed with the wheelchair. Great Hampton Inn. I travel for work and have stayed here for 2 weeks. Rooms are clean, staff are helpful, breakfast is nice and hot. I have not tried the pool but it looks nice - smells clean if you know what I mean. They also have 3 spots to charge electric cars.

Dirty, dirt frozen in the ice from their ice machine which we didn’t notice right away before putting it in our drinks so we ended up drinking dirt🤮🤢, peep hole on the door comes right out which made the room feel unsafe, and old food crumbs on the floor when I arrived to my room, and when I reached out to the hotel they said they could only resolve it with booking.com, booking.com said that they didn’t receive any response from the hotel
