Worst service ever. The cleaning team NEVER cleaned our room even when we told them personally to change the towels and sheets. We also left the room so they can clean but they never cleaned. They were so lazy that I don’t know why they are working there if they feel tired. Please don’t come to this hotel
No heat in freezing room person at front desk no help at all laughing as I complain about it don't come here
