Got charged for a smoking fee. I don’t smoke never have. Called the hotel and they said it’s an automatic sensor in the room. Would not refund the $300 fee. Told me to dispute it with my credit card company. Didn’t ask my name or when I stayed. Told them that was wrong and they need to check their sensors. They did nothing to help or apologize or say they would look into it.
The rooms are clean but like everyone else said the noise was an issue. There’s some kind of warehouse next door and you can hear them backing up trucks and moving forklifts ALL NIGHT. The best thing about the location was the Mexican restaurant across the street. Get hammered and walk back to your hotel!
The surrounding area is unpleasant.
The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating with everything from shuttle service to and from the airport to check-in, room details, and bookings. The shuttle drivers where very outgoing and kind. Good location if your needing a hotel to stay at that's close to the Airport. Would certainly stay here again.
