Service, rooms, cleanness, breakfast and gym were beyond my expectations. Parking is paid aside, but at a fair price. My one and only problem was the logistics located center right next to the hotel, with trucks manoeuvring all night long with their annnoyng back up alarms.
Very clean rooms. Great location. 10 minute Uber ride to TD garden. Shopping and restaurant right across the street.
Great customer service, very good breakfast. Very consistent all around service. Keep it up.
Upon booking my stay, I realized I needed to change the dates and I requested that and it was an extra $600 plus the original booking because they didn't want to cancel it. I filed a claim with their "stay protection program" turns out my claim wasn't important enough for them to cancel it and refund me. Result in me having to pay for a hotel room that I didn't even stay at.
