Very nice hotel. Great breakfast with hot and cold items. Big rooms.
After a frustrating experience of ending up at the WRONG Hampton Inn on the shuttle from Logan airport, we Ubered to the correct destination. NOTE: there are two Hampton Inn Boston Logan locations. The better one has the name CHELSEA at the end of all of that. When I called for a shuttle ride from the airport, they did not ask me whether I was going to the Revere or Chelsea location. Inattention to detail cost me a lot of stress! Jeylee, at the Front Desk, got us situated in no time, with fast, efficient and friendly service... read more

Worst service ever. The cleaning team NEVER cleaned our room even when we told them personally to change the towels and sheets. We also left the room so they can clean but they never cleaned. They were so lazy that I don’t know why they are working there if they feel tired. Please don’t come to this hotel
