The front desk staff are so friendly!
Where to begin... I am a long time Hilton Honors member and this location was the WORST! If I can give it give it a negative star I would. Lighting in my room stopped working, room smelled like smoke, there was a bug present, the room was changed and not officially switched so someone could have walked in and scared the life out of me... after one night and being grossed out all day went back and cancelled the remainder of the stay and went to a near by Hilton chain and had an AMAZING experience! Just ewwww... stay away!!!
