This is my second two-week business stay and I am beyond impressed by the quality of service. Even though it is a 3 star hotel their level of customer service is up there with 5 star hotel. I have interacted with multiple front desk staff on all shifts. They are always friendly and quick to help. My check in has been seamless on both trips. The housekeeping staff always clean my room daily, empty trash, make the bed and top up on toiletries as I requested upon check in.
