Great experience and very good service
Best overall experience love it here. They give smores from 7-10 I believe . Great staff all very kind , 10/10 experience!
This was a very first time in Big Bear and we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. They give you smore kits you can roast over the fire in their back patio. They have movie nights for the kids. We will definitely be coming back next time we come to Big Bear.
