Nice hotel overall. Courteous staff. Room was clean + smelled fresh, no musty or cigarette odor. Visited the pool on a weekday at check-in time and had it all to ourselves, warm water, towels well-stocked and opened windows on 3/4 walls have lots of natural light and fresh air. Downside was the obviously meant to be nice fitness center (w/ ellipticals, treadmills, upright + recumbent bikes, weight machines) that I couldn't get as much use of as I would've liked. Date of stay was 07/04/2026. Don't stay here. They regulate the temperature that you can turn the A/C in your room down to. We set it at 65 at night and it didn't get below 70. There are many hotels that do this, so beware. This hotel is dated and needs a remodel badly. The rooms look like they are from the late 90's. Free breakfast is terrible quality. This was the dirtiest Hilton we have ever stayed at. We were in town for three nights for the World Cup, and as a Diamond member we booked Hilton with no concerns. We arrived late and ended up having to move rooms three times to get to anything reasonably clean. The first room had been smoked in, the second had a live earthworm on the floor and the third room was still so dirty we choose to check out two days early and decamp to a Marriott. Met with a client in the lobby and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you Brooklyn for going above and beyond!
The staff was great. Rooms were clean, but the floor and the shower were incredibly slippery. I nearly fell multiple times. Breakfast was disappointing.
