I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 12 years because it is close to family. I recently spent one night. I booked the room through the Hilton Honors app and was given the rate including taxes. When I checked out, I was charged almost $10 more. I was told by the manager that new taxes were added Jan 1 and I booked the room Jan 3. The app booking did show taxes, but not the new taxes. The manager would not adjust our rate. Room and building was clean with the exception of the vent in the bathroom which had a dust on it so thick, its been awhile since it was dusted. Also the area on the side and back of the microwave was very dusty. I enjoyed my stay and would go back again
