(Long post ahead) The front desk attendant had told me a month in advance that early check in wasn’t a problem. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant, while nice, took over 35 minutes to check two people in and had to have manager assistance twice. Manager said they were overbooked and the manager upgraded our rooms, however they were not clean. The manager rudely stated that I had to call at early check in. Floor of room very dirty - qtips French fries and trash that our dog picked up upon entering the room. Trash in hallway not picked up for days. Bathroom door in room only closed half way. Billing issues - was supposed to be on a card at checkout (different from card we checked in with) but original card used. Dirty. Poor hotel management. Only reason to stay is they allow dogs.
