Service and staff was very nice and helpful. However the room itself was not good. AC was slow to kick on. Beds were not comfortable. We switched hotels the 2nd night.
The hotel is undergoing renovation, and we were not told this before booking. Staff said the work would be finished by Saturday, but it is still ongoing. Key amenities like the washer/dryer and gym were unavailable, and breakfast was poor — even the coffee was cold. For what we paid, we could have stayed at a Marriott and had a significantly better experience. This stay did not meet expectations.
Under construction and still charging full price. I use the gym at hotels and that’s why I like Hamptons cause they always have a nice gym. Gym was closed. Checked me into a room that wasn’t cleaned or had people in it.
