I do not recommend this place AT ALL. I went to check in and the lady at the front desk told us that the room that we RESERVED was given away and that there were no rooms for us to stay in. After booking another hotel, we called to try and get our points back since we’re diamond members and they wouldn’t give it to us because apparently the person at the front desk said THEY HAD OUR ROOM SET ASIDE!!! Check-in was prompt, and the hotel front desk clerk was very nice. The accommodations met the needs of me and my elderly father who has a physical disability. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The rooms were soundproof; we were not disturbed by any noises from other guests or sounds of the highway, located adjacent to the hotel. We got a good night's sleep each night of our two-night stay. BEWARE ROOM 420. I'm COVERED in bedbug bites. Also some other members of our group are reporting bites. Neck, arms, shoulders, back. THIS IS HIDEOUS.
Great customer service, clean lobby, halls, and bedroom. It did not only look clean it smelled clean. The breakfast was great, and a variety to choose from.
