Ms Sam and her staff is amazing! I have been a loyal customer for 7 or 8 nights a month for over 14 years because of how Ms Sam and her staff have treated me and my family for work or pleasure. I could choose many different places to stay, but she makes feel like it’s a home away from home. It’s because of Ms Sam and her staff is the reason I am loyal. I consider Ms Sam like extended family!
Never again. Room was not cleaned and when I left for the day the Damm room was not even cleaned.
Great location in Beaumont Texas. 100 yards from interstate 10. Did not hear any trucks during the night. Waffle House and Twin Peaks next door. Staff friendly. Hotel clean with ice cold AC in hallway. Breakfast was on point. Fresh fruit was excellent. I felt safe in area. Negatives : Landscaping was an eye sore. Not Hilton standard. Room smelled musty.
We stayed one night 5th floor room 520...( Sept 24th).came in at midnight dead tired ...we should of checked the room before going to bed!!!! The sheets were not cleaned and the shower was dirty. Mention it to the front desk and we're told that they would credit is with points for the inconvenience....Never happened Word of Advice for anyone booking here..... Check your bedsheets and bathroom shower!
By no means is this meant to be a review of the front desk employees. They were very helpful and friendly. Older hotel in bad need of a remodel. On my way up to my room I noticed the grid just below the lights in the elevator was held up with duct tape. Upon entering my room the hunt was on for the microwave and fridge. There wasn't any.
