The photos say enough. Filed a complaint and never got resolution.
This hotel was in a great location for our visit to the Water Festival. While the property was undergoing some renovations and there were a few hiccups during our stay, I have to commend Ervin. He handled everything with a calm gentlemanly demeanor while also taking charge and making sure we felt comfortable and satisfied. His professionalism made all the difference. I don't want to forget the really nice girl that was front desk the morning we left but I don't remember her name. She was a very caring individual.
The biggest problem was that ALL ice machines were not working. Odd that all were out?? Also, was the workout room was closed?? Not that I would use it? The staff were great, very nice and helpful.
Our room was clean and the a/c was cold. In the summertime, you want your room cold. The staff made sure our needs were met. If you have a relative who is in the Marines' boot camp, this is the hotel to stay in. Only 20 minutes from Parris Island. Have your GPS on because it is a hidden gem.
