Wonderful experience staying at this hotel! Katie, the receptionist greeted me as soon as I entered the front lobby. She was warm & friendly. April, the hotel manager finished up getting me checked into my room allowing the receptionist to assist another hotel guest. Which I thought was wonderful to see upper management assisting employees in order to better serve the guests quickly so no one had to wait. That is not something you see in most managers. Nothing like what it says online. My man got the handicap room so I would be able to shower and enjoy it that was nice but had to get several towels for the water on the floor so I wouldn't fall bc it didn't drain right. Breakfast was gross frozen and put in microwave.but the staff was great. Extremely friendly.
