The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the whole hotel smells amazing. Great breakfast.
Easy to get to, nice pool, good breakfast, friendly staff.
My family and I checked in a little past 11pm last night. The woman behind the counter Danielle was a complete disgrace to have at the front desk. I’m not going to go into great detail and write a book on here but I would advise you NOT to stay here. There is absolutely NO reason to have the first person you come into contact with be a complete argumentative, unprofessional, miserable human. She needs fired and more Lukes need hired. I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this Hilton property was extremely disappointing and upsetting. We were in town for a youth basketball tournament and staying at the hotel with our entire team and their families. After a long day of games, a group of 13-year-old players, along with parents and coaches, gathered in the lobby to watch the end of the NBA Finals.
