Wasn’t up to Hilton Standards. Very strange person at front desk, sheets were dirty( they did provide me clean ones when requested), obvious mold in bathrooms, surfaces had not been dusted for quite some time and basics weren’t wiped down. Towels were stained. I didn’t trust cleanliness so didn’t go to breakfast. All coffees were empty in the morning when I was heading out. I’ll stay at another brand next time I’m in that area.
Our stay at Hampton Inn Batesville was a mix of positives and areas needing significant improvement. The staff was consistently kind, accommodating, and pleasant — if a bit eclectic in personality. I especially appreciated the manager, who went above and beyond to correct an issue in a swift and professional manner. That level of responsiveness matters. Absolute dive! Everyday it's something. Here working after ice storm. Get back to room after first day and door was left open be housekeeping , which came in and took dirty towels and left none. No new coffee packs, out of tissues, there is infestation of asian beetles, I killed 7, next day 10. ECT .ECT., still haven't vacuumed. Front door is only way in because all others are broke.ect ECT ECT. They suck!
Manager Dana was snappy with most customers. Being very rude and disrespectful. Confronted her on it and she said she have to deal with customers all day. Most of do, we are working class citizens. That’s no way to behave as a manager. You are a reflection of your company. Breakfast was not good either except the potatoes. The juice machine had a moldy fog substance every time I dispensed the juice, the gravy tasted like mop Water. Everyone spit it out. This place needs a lot of changes with management and their ethics
