My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. A few days before our arrival, I called the hotel with a simple request and was met by a representative who was surprisingly rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, that poor first impression continued when we arrived, as there was no friendly greeting or welcoming attitude at check-in. This hotel is currently undergoing rehabilitation, which is needed. That said, this hotel is still very comfortable, and the staff is professional and top-notch. The hotel is in a great location, right off the interstate, and with many close by services and restaurants. When the upgrading of the hotel is completed, I have no doubt that it will again be a 5-star hotel. The complementary breakfast was hot and delicious.
Filthy, rundown, and dated. Stay elsewhere.
Sorry, it was just OK. We've stayed at a lot nicer Hamptons.
