I am writing because I am very unhappy how I was treated with an issue that I had. I canceled my rooms only to find out 1 room was canceled not both. I was told there is a 24 hour time frame but the room that they canceled was the one that was for that night. They conveniently charged me for the one that was 2 nights. I was told by the employee he had canceled both. The service that I received trying to fix this problem was less then satisfactory. I honestly can't believe that is how you treat customers. I am absolutely disgusted with how this hotel is treating my mother. She called to cancel her hotel stay and the gentleman she spoke to stated he cancelled the rooms. She is now being charged roughly $400 for a stay there. When she spoke to the manager they stated that it wasn’t within the 24 hour window but yet he cancelled one of them but not the other. If there was an issue they should have said that on the phone and they shouldn’t have stolen my mother’s money. The manager then hung up on my mother when she was trying to... read more
