I hate having to post this review, but hopefully someone in charge will pay attention. I have been staying at this Hampton Inn for about 20 years, and have been very happy with it until my stay last week. The parking lot was covered in ice, as though no one plowed, snow melted, then refroze. The room was comfortable, but corners have been cut: no tissues, fewer trash baskets, no paper pads, cheap wall mounted toiletries, etc...The price (booked directly with hotel) was outrageous for midweek, off-season. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences my family has ever endured. We checked in late on a Wednesday night, the parking lot and walkways were nothing but a sheet of ice. The guy at the front desk said our room number out loud for whoever wanted it to hear. We make it to our room, exhausted and ready for rest only to realize that our A/C unit in the room was full of mold, there were faulty nonworking outlets all over the room and the paint above the shower was flaking into the tub. Great hospitality! Great place to stay! The friendly front desk manager, T’rese, helped me quickly secure a last minute reservation and confirmed that my rewards number was applied. Clean and peaceful hotel, and the breakfast was fresh and offered a lot of hot and cold options.

Teddy at the front desk is the best part of this hotel. He greeted us with a warm welcome and told us about the local restaurants that deliver. When the food did not come with plates and utensils Teddy was quick to provide some and made our stay flawless!
