I was very disappointed with this stay, especially because I regularly choose Hilton properties and have always had good experiences. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite this being a non-smoking hotel. This was particularly concerning because my son has asthma. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. The room was also extremely humid despite the A/C running and the temperature being comfortable. The hotel was running fans when you walked in the lobby and all you could smell was chlorine. The carpets in our room were old and worn in the walk paths. Our room was damp, the cover on my book curled up and my clothes hanging in closet were damp in the morning. The chairs were damp and the desk chair was in its lowest setting and couldn't rise up. The past few times we have stayed at Hampton properties they haven't been up to the standard we use to get. At this point it's not worth the extra money to sleep here.

Where to begin, upon arrival my room was humid had to dehumidify it before getting tolerable air conditioning. The gym has a musty stench and very limited equipment. I was scheduled to check out on Wednesday, when I came back to the hotel on my lunch break Tuesday I found my room completely cleaned out, even though I had the do not disturb placard hanging on the doorknob. The Great: Sarah was extremely helpful during the check in process. I usually don’t leave reviews for hotels but I want the management to get the message. The bad: 1. Our room (106) was extremely muggy and humid, the carpet felt wet amongst bedding felt as if someone had sprayed a little water on them. 2. The large coffee mate creamers at breakfast were expired. I’m not complaining, my goal is to get these concerns addressed.
