Sorry, it was just OK. We've stayed at a lot nicer Hamptons.
Check in was great, Lexi is a wonderful employee and was very helpful to ensure we had a positive stay!
I guess since my first review wasn't worthy of a response from the owner, I will leave another. My family and I came to stay and our first room was terrible (mold in the A/C unit, non-working and broken electrical outlets, ceiling flaking above the shower. The second room that we were moved to also had flaking paint above the shower, the A/C didn't work and left a huge puddle of water on top of the unit, mold under the soap holder in the shower. We booked the hotel online through our app. When we arrived, there was no one at the desk so we rang the bell. This woman comes out, with bright red hair either high or we woke her up. She was a mess! She tried to check us in but was struggling. Then she left to go find her glasses and at this point we told her to just give us any room with a king size bed.
