The rooms are simple and there is a pool. Don't expect luxury and you won't be disappointed. Let's begin with the pros. Ease of access with digital key made it quick and easy to get to your pre-determined room with no issues finding your way into the hotel entrance which has entrances all around the building. Knowing the layout and where your room is on the floor makes it easy to conveniently park nearby to transfer your luggage to the room. If we could rate this hotel a 0, they earned it. Despite communicating a late arrival and digital check in, noone was available to assist us in locating our room. Sounds crazy... But, the main hall was impassable and sealed off. So we were left to wander the parking lot only to return back to the desk after finding construction tape over the side entrance. Let’s begin by saying the hotel is under construction and renovation. We were not informed nor was it indicated when booking. 2 rooms, 2 nights, suites with king beds. Checked in -one room wrong. Nothing else available. Ok. Went to room to find the toilet seat abused and the staff did not even clean it disgusting. Can’t even correct or move rooms. We picked this hotel because we wanted to visit the Bernheim Gardens tomorrow. Karen at the front desk was super nice and very helpful when it came to some extra things we needed help with as far as keeping medicine cold for the night for us. The hotel is under renovation so to get to the pool or the front desk you had to walk outside and around instead of down the hallway that is blocked off. That did not really matter to us.
