We booked this hotel through Expedia for $173 per night back in March, expecting a pleasant stay while celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary over the 4th of July weekend. Unfortunately, it was one disappointment after another. When we arrived, we were told the hotel had been experiencing ongoing cable issues with Spectrum. Booked the hotel online. On the day I was supposed to start my stay they had a pupe burst that flooded a large part of the hotel. They were kind enough to call and inform of it and offered free cancelation. They were unable to provide me with the connecting rooms which is the only reason I booked this hotel.So I took them up on the cancelation and found an Airbnb. Flood. With no guest notification. Broken windows. Nasty conditions. Fans in halls. No access to main hall, pool, gym. Not good at all

Not really a good representation of Hilton hotels. The amenities were lacking, no pool or gym. Clients booking should be notified prior to, that the place was undergoing renovations. No coffee maker, ice makers that worked, no blow dryer. Not a great experience overall. At least the room was clean!
